Functie NTT Employer is currently looking for a Functional Analyst for a Belgian Federal Agency in Brussels. This role will be performed in a hybrid mode.

Function

The Functional Analyst is responsible for analysing the business processes. They are involved in the early stages of the project, providing a detailed description of the current and future situation of the process. He or she leads workshops, organises and manages the meetings needed to gather the information and draft the deliverables required to define the project, in compliance with the standards and methodology in place.

Job responsibilities

Organises the meetings and workshops needed to understand and map the business processes. Drafts the documents needed to define the process so that they can be used directly by the analysts to implement the solution. Throughout the project, it ensures that the solution implemented corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.

Communication organises and leads the necessary meetings or workshops with the Business. He/she is a good listener. Conceptualising Translating abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions. Analysing information Targeted analysis of Employer and critical appraisal of information. Cross-functional understanding Seeing beyond the boundaries of the various departments/divisions and assessing the impact of decisions on other areas of the organisation. Language skills You have an active knowledge of French and Dutch and a passive knowledge of English.
